Ordering

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. The confirmation includes all details regarding the products, price, billing, and delivery address.

Delivery

Our standard delivery times are 3-7 business days. For international orders, delivery times may extend up to 12 business days.

Note: Orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the following Monday.

If there is an unexpected delay in delivery (without prior notice from us), please contact us at [email protected].

Pricing

All prices in our store are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, misprints in price lists, or other inaccuracies.

Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing products from our website, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.

5.1 Exercising the right of withdrawal:

• You must notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase by emailing [email protected]. Please include your name, address, email address, order number, and details of the items you wish to return.

• Return the products immediately and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring that the returned items remain in their original, sealed condition.

• If the product has been used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation in value.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products where the seal has been broken.

Complaints & Returns

All products are inspected before shipping. However, if a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will resolve the issue in accordance with consumer protection laws.

You must contact us for approval before submitting a complaint. Send an email to [email protected] including your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.

Liability Limitation

We are not responsible for indirect damages, delays, or errors beyond our control (Force Majeure).

Product Information

We reserve the right for printing errors, stock shortages, and discrepancies between product images and actual products.
